About the construction- its very cheap material used, even it wouldn't last for a year, one of the construction worker of palava told me this "bohut logo ka toilet leak hua hai, kam aacha nahi hai lodha builder ka, dwar ke papdi nikal rahi hai, door ka lakda tuth raha hai) and so on. But been said that, the overall facilities are very good, but still I would prefer to stay lots of time inside and that has to be perfect in terms of construction.
