I had a similar experience today itself. I received a call from Lodha and was told an attractive offer for employees of my existing employer on flat booking. I thought to check the offer and if feasible would buy. Immediately a cab was sent the next day at my doorstep. I was taken to Palava city - Near dombivali.
The relationship manager was aligned who gave a 3D demo of the project, Sample 1 and a half bedroom, and future project plan and amenities covered on Audio-Video display. I was with my Dad and we feel good after all. And though to take this further.
Then I was asked to meet the Sales Manager, Mrs.Shalini. I enquired for 2 BHK flat and immediately a printout was provided to me with pricing. The carpet area of the flat was 580 sq feet for which the total purchase price was63 Lakhs. Further, this price was for a 1st floor flat.
When enquired about flat on the 11th floor, The price went up to 77 Lakhs.
Salesgirl started pushing me to swipe for 45000 and get flat booked. She kept saying I will able to save 3-4 lakhs if booked today, Today was the last day of the offer.
hen I went into minute details about the project. Their pamphlets do not mention about parking. When asked, the sales guy told parking is available and will be provided. but he was not ready to provide details or maybe he wanted to hide.
In less than 2 minutes she presented the Show flats and disappears. As if she didn’t have any interest in selling.

When I told sales girl, I have to think and discuss once with family members, the girl got rude and started telling you should have planned and come. Then when I started walking She called his boss.
I really felt disappointed the way she was speaking rudely with me. I don’t know what kind of recruitment criteria Lodha had. Its worst experience ever.
