Most delayed project and false promised. Even after rera re- applied and now that they have extension till 2025 December after the expiry ( March 2020) they are still building the property from 2016! Now they think what ever the price they quote, they think people are there to buy it don’t be fooled

After all that has been done when wanted to go ahead boom the flat as promised with the sales guy! Simply said management is not willing for the quoted price ( certainly they got better deal with other customer )

Model flat is good but actual carpet area is not as promised , many loop holes

God knows how many seasons the under construction building has seen .
