I would have preferred minus ratings but there's no option. The builder is very unprofessional and delays the project indefinitely. Do not trust the salesmen, they should be awarded for selling lies.

It might seem attractive for a lower price compared to other projects But, you will regret it after buying. Their staff particularly CRM is very unprofessional and it's very likely that your BP will shoot up and you might end up paying hospital bills.

Sales person / Bulder both are unprofessional person. They will take money and wont give registration date.

Most delayed project and false promised. Even after rera re- applied and now that they have extension till 2025 December after the expiry ( March 2020) they are still building the property from 2016! Now they think what ever the price they quote, they think people are there to buy it don’t be fooled

After all that has been done when wanted to go ahead boom the flat as promised with the sales guy! Simply said management is not willing for the quoted price ( certainly they got better deal with other customer )

Model flat is good but actual carpet area is not as promised , many loop holes

God knows how many seasons the under construction building has seen .

They have about 10 competed projects and all projects they have done are amazing in terms of quality, the finishing is also very good. when we see there 10 years old projects it still looks new. everyone who have bought are satisfied and happy . good to visit one of there project and check ourself.

This Legacy Group is a fraud company. They make projects in litigated lands by purchasing lands from people by plying fraud. Then the cheat the buyers who invest believing the company.

For Eg., Sy.No.265, 1 Acre 26 Guntas at Shettigere Village near KIAL(SYNo. 265-1A-26G), is under litigation - OS.No.652/2016 stay order passed in Devanahalli Court. So people who believe in posh ads of the company please do not invest or buy property from the cheater Legacy Group.
