I visited again in Nov 2022 -saw some progress-but speed is very slow -they should increase staff and machine to provide possession ASAP . I did purchased a 2BHK in there Andheri East project in 2017 Possession was promised by 2020 but then with Covid & Yes bank issue they have kept changing the dates, currently they r forecasting as May -June 2023 for phase 1, When I last visited site in March 2022 there were machines, cranes, staff etc. Luckily for me the CRM( Ms Supriya) has been transparent and kept me update on progress on timely basis .

I sincerely hope that they don't delay it further and we get the possession by mid 2023 .

I understand the work is delayed .However I do sense that they are determined to give possession asap & hope that RERA should set up a separate team to keep an eye on project which are delayed for long then expected .
