I got an apartment from Landmark Construction TIVOLI APARTMENT in 2015 and finally occupied our flat in 2016. We are yet to get possession certificates from builders I mailed them so many times and dint get reply. They ll never pick up the calls once you settle your money. we passed 2 monsoons and still the OTS work is not yet done. Today we had heavy rains and our corridors are filled with water and there s water seepage through main door, with 2 children the life in apartment was miserable, so I shifted to mom's place for time being. I called the marketing lady regarding the above issues. Her replies were.



  1. I'll send the person now who r in site office. When I told her am not at home and asked her to send tomorrow . Her reply was we can send ppl only for their convenience.



  2. I asked about the reply for mails sent regarding possession certificates. She mentioned that she didn't even check those mails.



  3. She included that am not supposed to demand my rights like I do t with my association members.(we already have some problems with high maintenance charges)



  4. When I asked regarding outer painting was not done. Her answer was they can do t only on their convenience.

Never buy apartment in landmark construction. The way they treat you is, till you pay money you r the boss after u pay u should beg them for everything.

Before flat registration, land owners are forced to pay 6 to 7 Lakhs(Labor+Material+house) Tax to builder(per the current market sale value. whereas, JV signed is based on Profit sharing calculated 4 years ago & construction should be completed within 18 months) Even after 4 years, the construction is not yet completed & no specific TAX clause addressed in Joint Venture signed-up with the builder.

Since being a middle class we are unable to fight for justice. looking forward for our own flat. we feel like no other go & suppose to bare the value with no sense. In between 4 years the market value is shout up so high. Praise the lord.
