We occupied GP pearl iris flat during 2020. During summer we had no issue and even we gave 5 star in the website of the quality. During rainy, we get dampness everywhere. We approached gp homes and it took them 1yr to check what is the issue. whenever there is rain, we get rain droplets in wardrobe. Our wooden furniture is getting damaged. Then we noticed all the flats in gp pearl iris have same issue. No one turned up still to resolve the issue. Never get flats from them. Till 2017 their projects was good. After that they started putting low quality products and changed the contracts.

We bought a flat with them in 2013.We falled prey with their Marketing and booked a flat without knowing their experience in this industry.They didnt Hand over the flat as they commited..delayed 5 months..They are not transparent in their deals...

Not transparent in their AREA STATEMENT.They dont even know what common area is...They fix a Area for a flat and sell it..as believing  flat buyers never check it.We came across lots of problem and it become a Nightmare for us. Now we are trying to sell the flat as we are not interested to have it.So flat buyers dont fall prey in their Marketing language-better buy your dream home from a reputed buyer.
