Do not buy or rent, this is a failed project. Builder has cheated the buyers, not able to provide the promised flats for more than10 years.

Too much disappointment from this builder. Bough in 2014 but still wating for possession ??

Mailed but no one replying the mail??

I am not living in delhi/ncr.

Please suggest me if i can file a complaint against builder. I am in huge financial deficit ????????

Very very bad experience

the man named mr. Anandtalk nonsense

other staff trying to make you out of the office when you want to talk about possession of your under construction flat.

I bought a flat in la reaidentia in tower 35 in November 2016. Builder gave me possession period of 18 months but the same not been given tilltoday (Jan 2019).

God knows they are going to gave me possession or not.

Pls pls pls pls do not waste your money by investing in this project.

I am a salaried govt. employee cant even find my needs in salary after paying BANK EMI and house rent.

They have specialised MBA holders to tell you great stories but you gona be sad one day after you invest.
