Very over priced flats

Review on L&T Eden Park Phase 2, Navallur, Chennai

3 BHK is very overpriced. They give price according to people and time to time. The price is at least 20% more than those flats on the main road. I spoke with the residents there they are not able to sell any apartment and many people have vacated in Phase I after the Covid. We can also not expect that much of rental returns. Not worth of the money they ask. No emergency medical or shopping facility near by except the PSBB school. L&T has also got separated from the project few years back. Please be patient and do homework before investing a big amount here. Construction quality is good, but otherwise many negative points like it is completely dark when you want to travel after 7 pm to the main road.
