Now its Pragnya. CRM is pathetic after buying

I own a flat in peach tower. Sales team and CRM team won't pick up any calls once you paid the amount. Reduced the cost from rs.3950(2015) to 3200 per sqft(2019) due to poor sales. Not constructed club house but committed to do it in 2017 itself. Please dont buynot worth for money. Grabbed the maintenance money but proving worst service through knight frank. Waste to pay premium amount for this sub standard project and pathetic service. Go for appasamy or Other reasonable price builders. CRM team is a cheat, never hear your grievances. Few legal case filed against them
