Karunadusrk111 I guess you are in Dream till now from a long time. its time to wake up, Kumari elite is delivered long back. my friend is staying there from 3 months. even he is happy with construction quality. they have given what they promised. you need some treatment from a good Psychiatrist. if you are really genuine investor or buyer. come to elite have a look once then give any review. or you r paid to post negative review & spoil kumari name?
More delay in project completion, no Quality

Kumari builders are delaying projects hope fully. Elite project is not yet completed its construction. I am waiting for this project from more than a year. Even though there is no quality in their construction, specially in Elite project. If we ask them regarding quality they are giving silly answers. There is no proper response from management side. The major problems with Kumaril builders are delay of construction and quality is not up to the mark.

Cheaters, Not giving value to our money

These are the big cheaters in Bangalore. Last year I went to their office in HSR Layout and had bought a 2 BHK flat from them. But till they are not completed the project and given me. Recently I heard that all the documents for the particular project are illegal. So that only they are delaying the project. So dont go to Kumari builders. With great happiness and pleasure I am writing this review, Before buying the flat I searched so many builders with feedback in online and read out their reviews but after all searching I visited Kumari Buiilders. I would like to thank Kumari Builders for time & patience made me very happy for investing in Apartment. Also I see the construction progress at site which is as said - high quality with timely completion efforts.

Never go to Kumari builders and dont invest money here if you value your hard earned money. They are not the right people to invest in Bangalore. Thousands of people are facing many problems with kumari builders and developers. The big fraud company in Bangalore. Worst service and fake commitments. Avoid Kumari Builders and share to your friends and relatives. Cheap quality of service and never go to Kumari Builders.

I recently bought a property which belong to kumari builder's i.e. Kumari Lotus. which is near to wipro gate, i've screened many other projects too in same place but this one is worth the deal.

People are friendly and they have guided me in all manner. recently done with the registration too successfully. and am into the interior part. Till now I din find anything bad with this project. People are good. good one to go for.

I booked in Kumari Woods & Winds and moved there a week back. Beautiful building whenever my relatives come to visit they say it is one of the few buildings which has a high class feel to it when compared to other projects in my area.

I am so happy to hear this as this was the exact reason I went ahead with 3bhk in with Kumari builders. I  have stayed here for 3 months and can proudly say that I made the right decision as the community activities are great and people love to interact with each other. which makes it even better for my parents.

I bought a 2BHK apartment in Kumari Amaranthine and the finishing work is of good quality. The flat was handed over within the expected time.

I met the MDs of the company before booking and go a really positive feeling about my decision. I would recommend this builder to others based on my experience with them.

Infact, we needed some specific customization for Pooja room in our apartment the Kumari team went out of their way to help us with that. IO was not expecting that they will be open to customization since it is an apartment. This made my wife & mom really happy. Wish the team all the best.
