I was looking for a flat in Kondhwa Area. My relatives especially my uncle suggested me with Kul Utsav, as he himself owned a flat there. I was a bit hesitant at first place as there were some bad reviews placed by some people. I went trusting my uncle, but that turned out to be the best decision in real estate I ever made. Every bad thing written in the reviews seems so so fake. Totally go for it.

As I was very scared and confused when I started to explore the option to buy a flat, I started taking many suggestions from friends .i have also seen many properties but when I visited here and seen the property but actually I was impressed with the design and location, quality of work and also with the amenities .

Kul Ecoloch - area is extraordinary, yet at the same time extremely hard to go to and from Ecoloch after 6 pm. Manufacturer made tall guarantees 4.5 years back, not a solitary thing is figured it out. They don't have cash to pay rates of security folks, numerous KUL representatives left in most recent 6 months because of non-installment of pay rates from most recent 1 years.

Lalit kumar Jain is miles far from moral business. His commitments  are of no worth. Never book with KUL in view of their 5 many years of experience, simply meet any Ecoloch client over the  week end at Ecoloch site before you even consider booking with KUL. Respects, Shilp
