They are fraud.They keep saying you lie . I am not recommending it for anyone . They will make you felling cheated every time. Staff behavior is also very bad and arrogant. They will delay project every time . they are the worst builder I have ever experience in my life

I live in kumar shantiniketan which is developed by kul kumar builders. My brother in law suggested me to buy a flat in kumar shantiniketan, initially I had some doubts but now I am very happy with my choice. Kumar shantinikat has good amenities and the quality of the building is very good.

I am very Happy with Kumar Builders for building my dream home at Kul utsav. We have always leaned towards a luxury home but then the general prices were way on the higher side. However KUL Kumar Builders in Pune brought the best of both worlds - in terms of price and luxury and I have to say that this is the best decision I have made.

Kumar Builders is very renown and they are famous for their design of construction. the thing I like most is their project location, KUL Shnatiniketan is located at pashan surrounded by greenery and far from city noise and pollution. It was a great experience to deal with you guys.

I booked flat in phase 2, with 50% downpayment in 2014 and Builder promised possesion in 2016. But it’s 2018 and NO construction is going on.

Most likely builder is bankrupt or planning on cheating big time.

As government is rediculous and helps only builders, this is painful experience.

Builder just took the money from buyers and did no work since past 5 years. No communication from the builder to the clients. Big mistake to invest in kul ecoloch.

Biggest issue is that builder is not ready to take responsibility for his actions.

There doesn't seem to be any intent of the builder to do the construction.

Most delayed project, fraud Company, fraud MD.

Took 20% booking amount upfront, not build single flat for last 4 year, everything is virtual, status is under construction and stop moving for many months, some good reputed builder need to take over to complete the project.
Don't book flats with Kumar builder or Regret late

Kumar builder has disappointed many by there projects like Kul nation.They are not registered with RERA till now and the projects is already been delayed for a long time.They will lose all faith from the customers soon.

The 5 star reviews must be from there own staff.

Kumar Builders are one of the most fraud Builders I have known. Booked a flat in KUL NATION in 2013 and even after 4 years the building stands incomplete. These guys have only consumed all the money from demand and used it somewhere else.They surely have a huge backlog. I made a mistake buying a property with these guys. Construction is always slow. Haven't registered with RERA as on date. Please do not believe the fake reviews submitted by their own staff members.

Do not commit a blunder dealing with KUMAR BUILDERS. Absolutely terrible service and coward behaviour by the head Lalit Jain.

Kumar builder is no.1 cheater. I made big mistake by investing my hard earned money in KUL ecoloch, Mahalunge project. Very poor quality construction. We are fighting for good service since 5 years. Even after doing multiple follow ups, kul team is unable to resolve my issues. All amenities are far from completion. I have given my flat keys to building supervisor for completing few incomplete activities in my flat as I was going to US. After coming from US, those activities are still incomplete, now that supervisor is changed and new supervisor don't know about my flat keys. Very unprofessional team. Entire team gets replaced once in a year as all customers keeps coming with complaints every week and with new team we have to summarize all our issues once again. It's very painful. All reviews with more than 2 or 3 star are paid reviews. Kumar builder has appointed team to publish good reviews online.

THE KUMAR BUILDERS IN PUNE IS THE NICE BUILDERS.THE MAKE EVERY PROJECTS WITH HONESTY.I HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE BUILDERS.IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO HAVE FAITH IN ANY BUILDERS.SO I STARTED REASERCHING AND FOUND THAT THIS IS THE DECENT BUILDERS AND ONE CAN TRUST TO THIS .THEY COMPLETE THEIR EVERY PROJECT WITH HONESTY .THEY BEHAVIOUR IS NICE AND POLITE.THEY COMPLETE THEIR PROJECTS KEEPING IN MIND ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND WILLS OF THE HUMAN BEINGS.I THINK THIS IS THE NICE AND TRUSTFULL BUILDERS AND YOU CAN BELIEVE IN THIS YOUR MONEY WONT BE WASTED.THANKS.

Hi All I am vaibhav Manjare, I am basically from pune only and I took flat in kumar princeville moshi which is developed by kumar properties.

I wanted to share my personal experience with Kumar Properties since lot of people have posted the negative review about Kumar Properties.I am really not sure whether these people are posting fake reviews or they are competitors of Kumar.May be few of the people might have bad experience with kumar but it will be be Kumar KUL Builder not kumar properties I guess.There are two builder wth Kumar name in pune, I took flat from Kumar properties.

Interaction was so professional, they give time to finalize your flat, they give time to do your agreement, they consider your problems.I had really nice experience with them, they handle the things very professional manner.They have delivered my flat with very good quality and good thing about them is whatever they promise you will get it plus few amenities they provide you extra too.They handle the things very smoothly.In fact for your maintenance charges they don't take whole amount for 2 years from you but they take it every quarterly from your flat possession date, rest builders take the maintenance charges one time and also Kumar is not charging anything extra for club house charges.Good thing about Kumar is that their project plan /architecture, you can see every project is unique in architecture and fantastic design too.Every flat well structured and common area's are secured cctv.

I searched all near by properties in Moshi area they are charging same rates like kumar but construction quality is not good for all other builders project.

I will give 5 star to them overall, nice project, nice plan, nice builder.

When I shifted to Pune my dream was to get the best flat at the place in Pune. I visited to many builders but they were charging enough. I was not able to afford that. Then, one of my friends suggested me to visit Kumar builders. I found their service very efficient and timely. They gave me possession of my flat in March 2011 which was on time. We are the residents of Kumar Suraksha, a housing society created by Kumar Builders. The residents have been facing numerous problems and have tried to bring this to the the notice of the builders on numerous occassions. Unfortunately the builder feels that he has no obligation towards this project any more. Attempts by the managing committee to meet Lalit Kumar Jain, the CMD of Kumar Builders, have been thwarted by his staff, surely on his behest. Over a year has passed and most residents have not been handed their possession certificates. The promised PMC water is a distant mirage. Promised amenities have not been provided. Deterioration of the buildings has already started and the engineers at site turn a deaf ear to the pleas of the hapless residents. This especially from the President of the builders association of pune is shameful.
