Please do not do any business with kumar builders lalit kumar jain, he cheated us money of 4 crores, if you are doing business with him you are encouraging the suffering caused on others.

He has cheated several contractors in bangalore causing them to close down.We will never forgive him.cheat and greed to amass wealth by fraudulently cheating the public.

The flats are beautiful, well organized, well planned flats, also with very reasonable prices. The Staff is friendly and informative. They give you a detailed explanation about “why it is the best building for you?”. Surrounding area is very developed as I am a bachelor and staying alone it is really amazing to have everything in walking distance. Good elevation as well.

Whatever they claimed was actually what I got from them, beautiful construction at very reasonable price, the quality of construction is fabulous , been living here for a while but didn’t get any complaints yet and hoping to not have any in near future as well, the environment is also very great and sophisticated I would definitely recommend the Kul Kumar Builders if you planning to buy a flat in Pune .
