The place is constructed in an area which was formely a dumping ground and this leaves a huge smell behind and causes us headaches and nausea all the time.

Their customer service is not up to the mark! They do not explain the project details well. The project looks good on paper, but since they were not able to tell me the details about execution and implementation; I doubt that the project is going to be completed on time!

The surrounding land has no great demand both from investors or buyers. This was not the case previously. The local brokers are not been able to get wind of the launch as either the properties are of very high range or either NRI investors have been lacking to show interest in very expensive properties because of demand side factors.
