We booked in one of the project and had queries, so the moment they found someone knowledgable person asking questions, they didnt want to sell.as they could not answer for the topfloor that was in the plan and never approved in Gavakshi project then.

Happy that we came out of the deal.!
Krishvi takes the customer for granted

Anyone planning to buy krishvi apartment, have second thought. Cant rely on the quality. They are not good in quality of common area and amenity. They lied us in amenity. Project management has no vision and quite arrogant, which is not good for small time builder. Customers are ignored and their project Krishvi Dhavala is in complete mess. Investors are in a loss and owners are clueless how to handle. Spending crore for this builder is not advisable.
