Konnark Builder has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customer's faith as it has delayed the possession of the said unit innumerable times and there seems to be no deadline to this project. I have tried to continue contact and speak with relevant person but not to resolve this problem which is causing our substantial financial burden, hence we contacted MAHARERA to lodged complaint against Konnark Builder.
They keep interfering in our decisions.

Car lift issues.

The car lift is not well made here and we saw a car fall in the car lift and since then I am very scared to park my car in the premises.

Many of the builders are employing a common problem of showing the saleable area different as compared to the carpet area. It is under the general norms to show the prices and charge on the carpet area. However this is not practically employed.

The increase in the property price is very low as compared to the amount one could have easily been able to save with interest rated calculated over a normal savings account. Hence real estate as an asset class has not been able to compound to positive price appreciation during the last few years now.
