I was going through a couple of reviews and I have to say that I too agree with few of the problems that people have mentioned regarding Kolte Patil. I wish to share my personal experience with you all regarding the above mentioned developer. I had booked a flat in one of their projects called life republic. Though I got the possession of my flat way later than wt I was promised, but I feel that I invested in a good project. The location of the project is really good and has many great lifestyle options around.

Since I am working in Hinjewadi, it makes it very convenient for me to travel to my workplace saving me from a lot of traffic. Life republic is like a small world and is a completely gated community making it a very safe option to stay. Plus I also get a chance of staying with people who are well cultured and educated and share common beliefs and values.

The township has a number of recreational options to choose from like swimming pool, gym, club house etc. for children also there are a number of fun options like parks, kiddie pools etc which are very safe and well maintained. The gardens and common areas within this project are also extremely well planned.

I feel Life Republic is a great project, but it is slightly over priced and has some room for improvement.

I am no expert when it comes to real estate but I thought of pening down a few pointers about the kolite patil and their project glitterati. I was in search of an apartment which was comfortable, stylish, luxurious but with a classic touch.i asked around a few friends and they suggested kolte patil and one of their projects called gliteratti under the 24 K brand. I visited the site and immediately knew this was where I wanted to live. Each room in the apartment is well planned and the whole place had a very positive vibe.

Other than that they were also offering me many great facilities. but I was lil unsure as to hope the builder was and whether they were the right builders for my dream home. all those doubts were solved after I did a research about the developer and also went through their other projects. I am glad that I have a beautiful home to call my own in this lovely city that I so proudly call my own.

I was just kiling time on FB and came across this wonderful initiative by Kolte Patil. It is something called click to plant. For each and every like they are going to plane a small sappling on the world environment day.

This is a nice initiative and it is nice to see a builder taking so much interest. I liked that page and I think others should too.

After all, the number of likes matters. I hope other developers also take note of such initiatives and do something.

Langston a class apart project by Kolte Patil

Hi people I read a lot of queries regarding kolte patil as a builder and regarding their projects. so I thought of wrtiing a small review on them. I have recently brought a 2 bhk apartment in one of their projects called Langston in khardi.i really liked this project because it is very close to my work place and this project has many amenities which makes my life much easier as I remain very busy throughout the week.

Langston is a good residential project because it is not too highly priced neither is it in a very crowded residential area. One gets the much needed peace of mind that one needs and with the comforts provided by them makes an already hectic life little less hectic.

I did not face any problems from the builders and got the possession on time. I am pretty happy with my decision of picking a home with this particular builder.

I recently saw a villa in Kolte Patil's villa project Ivy Estate. They also have an apartment project within but I was more interested in the villas as the apartments were priced more than their value. Might as well go for the villas. The project seemed really nice and the amenities on offer are good. Good quality construction, good view from the project.

However, my main concern is water. They have promised uninterrupted water supply but the PMC has not yet connected Wagholi with their water supply. Although it is on the cards. Other than this, I did not see any problems with the project. My office is located in a Kolte Patil project an it is of good quality. Therefore, I am not to concerned about their standard of work. Hopefully, the water issues get sorted.

I want to share my experience with Kolte Patil. I had bought a flat from them in Margosa. I had to faced a few issue but there was nothing major. Though I got the possession a little late but the flat was in good condition There were issues with the plumbing like I was not completely happy with the fittings. I was though kinda my fault for not checking while installation. The tiling and finishing of the whole house was good.

The amenities that were promised were also delivered but nobody in the society really make full use of them. Parking space was allotted but my request for additional space was turned down. They cited nonavailability but I doubt it. This one negative irked me a lot. Otherwise, society along with people and sis good and my home is great. Kolte Patil are better than most builders but ther is scope for improvement.

Recently I booked a flat in Kolte-Patils Life Republic project. I work in Hinjewadi so this project is close to my office. I read all the reviews over here and was little apprehensive. But went ahead and the whole experience was quite different.

The sales team was good and they patiently answered all my queries. They have also tied up with many banks and help secure home loan. So far the experience is been good. I am sincerely hoping they are just a helpful during the time of handing over possession.

Ivy Estate by Kolte-Patil is Breathtaking

I have had a positive experience with Kolte-Patil and hence, I thought of them when I wanted to buy a new and bigger home. Their polite staff informed about the Ivy Estate in Wagholi. Initially, I was bit skeptical about Wagholi but this area has developed a lot in past few years. I also wanted to live in secure gated community which why Ivy Estate tempted me. The location turned out to be quite beautiful.

The project is simply amazing. Villas are beautiful and the architecture is magnificent. What really surprised were the amenities on offer. Gymnasium, swimming pool, aerobics room, billiards room, community hall and many many gardens. These are just some amenities I have stated.

I must say, this is one of the best projects I have seen and am getting ready to buy a villa here. Kolte-Patil builders have served me well in the past and I am confident of the same happening again. Will not hesitate to recommend this project to friends and family.
