Never ever buy/rent home in Ivy Estate Wagholi. Since thisplace doesn't come under Pune municipal corporation, you will always get electricity and water problem. It's very normal here that electricity will not be available for more than 16 Hrs. You'll always feel that you are living in backward village without electricity and water.
