I have a flat too in A1703, R4 Sector at Life Republic Project at Pune. The quality of work is so pathetic. Despite repeatedly going from Mumbai and showing the issues to Mr. Soumitra, the so called person incharge for handing over, is just incorrigible and sits over the issue for months and sends an email after months of waiting, saying that all is done. On checking it is found that nothing has been done except some eye wash. The modus operendi of M/s Kolte Patil is to keep delaying things till a point that u feel frustrated and take the possession in what ever way they have done the work. The material used is of cheap quality and workmanship is further pathetic. Repeated emails with pictures and snag points fall on deaf years with nobody having any time to look into the issues. Infact if u go to meet them at a fixed time, u have to wait for loooooong time before they will attend to u. And if u want to inspect the flat, well then u have had it. Wait for an hour before some labour kind of person will come and open the door and go away with nobody attending to u.

I would not recommend anybody to take flat with M/s Kolte Patil. They are totally out to make a fool of u with good initial presentations but pathetic ultimate results. They have no sense of quality and deliverance. Time of deliverance has no meaning for them. At the end u will have to sign on some document of possession with all conditions to their favour.

No senior person is ever approachable and all the calling systems that they have are typical call centre types where u keep calling without any result.

I booked flat in Kolte Patil - Life RepuRobotouchc in year of DEC-2010 and builder promised to deliver/possession in DEC-2014.

I also paid extra Rs 200000/- as stilt car parking. Now today its MARCH-2017 no flat handover yet. Recently I visited site and found a very cheap quality doors are fitted in my flat such a cheap quality I never seen before. Main door also in cheap quality and they are saying its Malaysia technology. Actually they are making us fool.

When I check some others flats and found other doors are in very bad condition. Some main doors are tilt or broken.

Now builder is saying go for flat possession but we have not decided for car parking so we will allot you later.

My flat possession is late by 2 years and 3 month still builder not decided to allot car parking(I paid Rs 2L for parking). After wards I come to know that they dont have enough car parking.  I asked them let us deduct Rs 2 Lakh as parking charges and handover flat to me but builder saying thats not possible you have to aishwaryasingh23 all dues and once decided we will allot car parking  to you.

Number of flat owner went for legal against this cheap builder.

So my suggestion If you dont want such pain then please DONT invest your money in Kolte Patil Builder.

Hi friends, Kolte Patil Developer projects are very unique and builder is very reliable.

Kolte patil Developer have many projects going on and one can find they have all kind of products based on customer's need.

One of such project they launch entire township kolte patil life republic near hinjewadi.

Good thing about this builder they have huge land bank and townships and experience of so many township which they have built.

They use good material and design color of their residential projects have fresh look .

They give very good set of ameneties .

Hinjewadi project have good parking looby garden and some projects are for nuclear family 1/2bhk

I have visited there hinjewadi site and some in pune, there relationship manager and customer care whenever you ask any query reply you in full detail

They also show u all legal documents layout plan .

In hinjewadi project OC was not yet received 1year back.

Cost wise there projects are economical compare to other projects for example hinjewadi flat which I seen was 2bhk 1080sqfeet and rate was 5100 Rs per feet. While rate in that area was 5700-6100 rs per sqft.

They have good tie up with banks to get loan sanction faster based on ur papers.

Last time they had offer of zero interest emi which I find good for salary people .

Most imp is service which is fast and all questions and queries they try to solve even u take thir flats or not

Kolte patil developers are good developers in pune. My experience was good.

Only problem is late possession some of my friend got than commitment. Flats, amenities was good as per commitment. One problem is that customer relationship. Most of time I tried call but not answered by staff.

Buton direct office visit they cooperate us.b also if you will cancel your booking no doubt you will get your paid amount but late

Minimum 2 to 4 months they took to refund amount

Worst construction quality. see the construction of cheryl, beryl and ivy estate phase 2. Yiu can easily see craks in walls, very limited parking space, you cant park easily even with professional drivers. only 4 or 5 parking lots for visitors.

no doung any proper maintenance and not refinding maintenance amount to society even thoufh maintenance stopped by builder officially.

nce you pay they will not pickup your pgone or will not respond to your email s

please check real facts by visting alreaday completed( as per builder on paper, in actual all plans are incomplete) by builder. please talk with people who are laready staying and suffering by buying falt from this buolder.

Kolte patil developer is cheater.

THIS KOLTE PATIL DEVELOPERS IN PUNE is not upto the mark.there promise to do onething and makes another thing.they dont work as a professionals.they used materials of low quality.they rates are too high.promise to provide a parking lod but fail to provide one.they have a bad customer service.i think there should improve they service and should work as a professionals.i dont recomment this to anyone.they maintain bad quality.i give 2 stars to this.thanks for viewing my review hope it helped you.

Possession delayed by more than two years, Parking lot yet not given. I am doubtful whether sufficient parking lots are ready.   Enquiry and repeated mails and phones ignored. Builder has never informed fixed date of possession after agreed date  as per agreement. All amount  including maintenance  taken  before possession.  Those who are praising are surely their persons. If anybody praise builder, give its flat No. and speak whether agreed amenities are given within agreed period.

The builder is taking fresh undertaking while giving possession, stating it is a part of agreement registered. This itself is illegal. People should avoid Kolte patil life republic.

Hi,

I am a disappointed customer who fell prey to big promises of Kolte Patil . Booked a flat in Life Republic, marunji, Pune. Got possession delayed by more than a year. L shaped kitchen was promised but not given. In bathroom, complete glass slide door for shower area was promised but KP saved money by only providing glass cover for half area. In bathroom there is a metal pipe in the ceiling for water connection which is not concealed. I mean who does that. Even the smaller builders take care of hiding fittings in bathroom. The master bedroom wooden flooring seems to come out very easily. There is endless list of mismatch with the agreement. Better go with a middle or small builder and get your flat ready as you want it.

I bought a flat in Margosa heights jan 2016 in a ready to move building. Once the sale was done, the sales team was least bothered whether the customer is happy with the purchase and the process. Most sluggish response I have ever seen from any company. After all the payments, sales team told me the flat is ready to move. when I went to the site, the flat was leaking from in every room. Please see the attached photo of ready flat. after numerous followups and escalation to project manager, they finally gave me a date. but till date the balcony still requires painting from the refilling they have done. and I am still not sure if the flat is not going to leak when it rains next.

After 6 months of possession, I still dont have a name plate on my flat. The electricity bill is yet to be transferred in my name, I have provided the documents 4 months back. they have not paid the property tax for last two years.In last 4 months I have called them numerous times and have emailed them multiple times with no resolution. The builder does not care at all about the after sales service. if you are a customer, you bought the house because, you needed it. thats the attitude you get from each department, when you speak to them.

At every step starting from booking the flat till now I had numerous problems with every department.

Kolte Patil Developers bad Customer service provider. Their customers call them many times but they did not reply to calls even not pick up the calls it is not good thing for them. If they picked the customer phone they said I they will relpy soon if you are complaining they ignore the candidates they do not want to take action on the complained of the customers. staff courtesy is also bad.
