Although good work done at the field, not a good builder to deal with. Had booked a plot in Annirvan and waited for 11 months to get the required legal papers. Absolutely no focus on customer service and Pathetic response if you chase them for the documents. Finally after waiting for 11 months and having paid Re. 1 Lakh, I had to cancel the booking due not fulfilling the legal requirements. Management does not speak to customers and the execution team behaves dumb. Not a good builder for smooth transaction.
