I recently had an experience with your customer service team that was far from satisfactory. As a loyal customer of your company, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received.


The issue started when I reached out to your team for assistance with Property. Despite multiple attempts to get the help I needed, I was constantly passed around from representative named Nayan Mookim and no one seemed to be able to provide a resolution.


The customer service representatives I spoke with were unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked the necessary knowledge to address my concerns. Their poor attitude and lack of empathy only added to my frustration.


This type of service is unacceptable, and I am disappointed that I had to experience it from a company that I have supported for so long. I expect that your team is trained to handle customer issues with the utmost care and efficiency, and this was not the case in my situation.
