Apartment is under the siege of tenants for electronic harassment activities. Car /Fleet management as part of community based harassment is executed by a specific tenant in the garb of car business indulging in electronic harassment activities against innocent civilians within the building including harassment against Woman. Physical security of the building is under seige of few allowing anyone and anybody and letting them in at the will of tenants indulging in electronic harassment activities

Buyers Beware!

Shoddy Construction/Warranty Issues/Construction Delay.

Thats all I can sum up for Kent Management.

Management and Office Staff are always in denial mode.Any issues that are brought up arent accepted by them.

Corporate Office is situated at Kent Hail Garden which is well done and is a showpiece to deceive customers in buying in to their other projects.Dont fall for it.

They do not deliver as promised and shown in the brochures and quality is a big issue with leaks/broken tiles/Non working Lifts surfacing within a year of project hand over.
