They have really bad CRM, they dont fix issues

They have very rude CRM team who don't help with anything. They have promised great things with sales but they have not given possession since a year. But they sell saying you will get possession in few months. Even for those who have got possessions, major issues like drainage of toilets, pipes , dry balcony, electricity issues, wifi issues are there. Its a nightmare. They don't have even 0.1% of management in their brand for pune projects, all issues are just escalating and even higher management is unaware of major issues like lift having free falls. Do not book here, if you want a year worth of stress, trying to track CRM or facility manager people for issues or just dealing with false commitments again and again then sure go ahead.
