Karda construction has all options available from flats , shops , offices , villa , Penthouse etc. Their project are located in all prime locations of nashik city. At present they have 16 project going on in various parts of nasik . They provide all amenities like clubhouse , jogging track, swimming pool, amphitheatre , sit out , party lawn , landscape garden , lift and separate parking. The flats are well design and planned according to vastushastra . I have seen many project of them and is very satisfied because of thier quality and design. The staff is very humble and honest . The customer service is preffered first.Overall I love this firm and hope that anyone who want to invest in flats they have better option of karda construction.

Karda construction is a well organised private company, their main moto what I feel is they are totally sercice oriented. Once when I just inquired about the site they provided every information in detail. They took me to their site, which is built opposite petrol bunk, at soubhagya nagar. On view I realised that not only their service is good but also the construction work was best.

Karda construction makes a good home in nashik area,

customer service is quietly low as compared to its cast of construction,

materials used in construction in a home is very good quality, used a good quality tiles, good toilet accessory.

a gook kitchen and makes a good building plan, in hall its used a good quality tiles, materials like cement and sand mixture is in good percentile, but one thing the cast is more higher than other constructions,

Staff courtesy is good and sufficient,

M/s Karda Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is probably one of the best builders in Nashik City.

I have been staying in one of their housing schemes since 5 years now. Being a Civil Engineer myself, I had already compared the sale price against the amenities and facilities provided by this builder against those of other builders.

The quality of their construction work is great along with supplementary items like doors, windows, clubhouse, garden etc.

The only problem we are facing is that of Lift. The quality and service of the lift company is very bad though.

Not only my housing scheme, but quality is their legacy carried forward to all their projects.

The customer service and treatment is also quite good. The staff is cooperative too.

So all-in-all I would surely recommend and advocate others, if they are planning to invest in property, it would be wise to check out one of their projects.
