I have booked a 3 BHK apartment in Kalpataru Crescendo in 2015 and now after 7 years builder started giving possession. Recently my family visited for inspection and found cracks all over and dirty apartment, not even deep cleaning is done, by look of the flat it didn't look as expected. How can you call for inspection before possession in such a condition. That means management has no concern over quality and customer satisfaction. Staff doesn't respond in time . You have to remind many times and no clear communication. I trusted Kalpataru and booked flat without even looking at the property. So far we visited once during construction but I was wrong. Kalpataru is also like one of the local builders . U cannot trust at all for quality etc. My advice is to be very careful when you choose Kalpataru for your real state needs . You may be disappointed with the service and quality both. Seems Kalpataru management doesn't care at all about customers even in this kind of market.
