Review on Kalp Nishang II, Gotri, Vadodara

We have booked with this builder flat in KALP NISHANG STILL not given possession. Work is not being done since past 4 years, every time builder Ramesh Patel gives promises of December month completion. Than tells he is finding buyer for project and wants to quit construction business. He has invested money for own use... and luxury. Even he did paid contractor and the person did suicide.

We have initiated legal case against Kasata house and RAMESH Patel, if any one suffering from same and wants to join email on nick090978@gmail.com and we can fight for our money back.

I am paying loan installment with no house yet.

Even marketing agency like Sunfin etc have taken hands out of builder as the project is not going to get complete.
