Terrible building, It’s a painted SLUM, dumb staff

Terrible building in Goregaon named Jyoti Sukriti. Its a painted Ghoparpatti. The construction quality is as bad as a MHADA and the builder office is filled with illiterate, envy, pea head goons who have no clue on what they are doing. There’s no sunlight in any building, do check the AC fittings, its a joke. The building is completely unplanned and they have major parking issues. They take the keys of your vehicle, take a good spin, get scratches and refuse to share the footage. There’s no resale of any sold flats since 2014, no wonder!
