Don't buy flats in JP North Garden City, Mira Road. They can't even fulfill min water supply even after taking 70k per home. The issue has been escalated to consumer forum, human rights and some international organisation alongwith govt of India. Cz enough is enough. Can I give them a minus star? Cz they don't even deserve to get one star for their worst service.

JP infra after sales service is not good. As after getting possession since 2 years they have not completed the staircase flooring work. Also there are leakages in flats from roof. Poor quality work by them. Improper fitting of doors as visible gap allow mosquito to enter inside. Door handles are missing in passage. There are so many issues which builder not resolved after 2 years of possession.

Think twice before to invest in JP infra for your hard earned money.

Posting this review after a year of possession and all new buyers don’t go with the advertising gimmick and marketing strategy as after sales is very poor no beautification false ceiling done, cheap epoxy done on the floor steps as compared to other projects. Looks worst than Mhada and given handover after incompletion work. Work pending to the tune of 50-1cr. Sad after paying hard earned money for the apartment.

The worst you can get in premium price charged. Leakage issue in Elara flats and no one is bothered about.

The Shubam Jain Owner is a fraud person and so the employees of this compnay.Never ever do any mistake to invest in any of the JP Infra projects. They are big frauds of India and one of the world-class cheaters. He has done a lot of frauds in North India now using the same practices in Mumbai. Kindly stay away from such cheat builders and safeguard your hard-earned money.

Stay Away from JP Infra stay safe. They have cheated a lot of people and more to loot.

Sales team and crm team are all sit there to loot you while booking flat wateva agreement value decided was including all the charges now at possession time they have added 1.50 extra charges

Which was not stated while agreement

Also they are taking 2Lac + amount saying processing fees but while doing stamp duty registration they are charging another extra 8 k saying we have arranged a guy at mbmc for you for all the processing and for that you have to pay 8K to that guy which was really very disgusting really feeling worthless buying flat in Jp

I am going to fight against them for charging extra

I want all the pplz plz come forward who are facing issues with JP project

This review is w.r.t JP North Garden City

Property is very nice. No Second thought.

But the group, sales, CRM etc are all bunch of liars.

If there is some award of creating mountains out of lies, this award must be given to JP North.

Just couple of good amenities and you will end up paying 7-8000 maintenance fee every month. So, if you are on rent and planning to own, definitely JP North should not be your destination.

My experience with JP NORTH GARDEN CITY ELARA.

Elara project builder has not completed internal work, he has skipped tiles on staircase have given bad quality colour on comman area lobby walls, no sliding windows on duct

Now after 2 years he is denying saying there us nothing written in agreement about internal work quality.

Just 50-70 lakh work pending in such multi crore building still builder us acting cheap and denying to so it

I've booked the flat by paying 90k and paid 161k for SDR on time. I'm yet to receive any confirmation. I got to know due to some issue they couldn't process the payment of SDR and now they're asking me to pay 1% more which is roughly about 44k. On shore team is ignorant and CRM team is unprofessional and doesn't have any ownership factor. If anyone is going through the same please contact me.

Dear All,

We went today to short list 2 bhk property at jp infra north mira road, To our surprise the sales office was practically empty.

we registered ourselves at the counter who then filled the form & in 5 mins the reception allocated one sales executive ms shruti to attend our query.

upon sitting, She was getting calls from her home which should not be the case while speaking to the clients. However when we asked her to explain on the room configuration, She immediately started asking whats your budget and all & all non sense questions.

when we asked her for the price for a 2 bhk, she immediately said 1.12 crore for a 2 bhk with 650+ carpet area, I asked what are other configuration for ready to move in, She was like sorry no flats available in any other buildings.

I told her this is our phone number, once you are ready to show us the flats we will be happy to come and discuss on the final offerings, So she got up and said when rooms are not available so there is no calling here .i was shocked to see such negative attitude towards the customers seeking to buy a flat in such a big name . Really disappointing, Never expected such attitude.

I have bought flat in JP Infra Atria MiraRoad project. They have charged me flooring charges though my flat is on very 1st floor. They have scheme of Referral bonus but when I refereed one of my friend, then now they are saying we will not pay. They have sent interest letter for late payment all of sudden without any prior intimation. They didn't allow their customer to visit their flat till possession so that customer can't complain about anything. And the worst part is that they have very rude and arrogant staff. Neither they have knowledge nor the good behavior.

I will suggest everyone not to buy flat in any of JP infra project as I have done mistake and I am regretting a lot. So warning you people.
