Please donot buy any flat in jm. Their sales agent are misguiding by selling larger size than rera approved size and selling flat in more price. I have givn e token and after inspection of flat found sonmany problem in flat construction quality third class use bally andcready flat. When we cancel they are not returning amount. Sillan problm in every flat better go to nvest in good project builder.
