We had baught out dream home in jhamtani group in 2019 but y?t possession is not given, very unprofessional builder in pcmc area.

I request other buyers plz dont get trapped in his project like us, he gives false hopes and promises everytime and thats how he does his business, pathetic and liar .

Don't buy any flat from Jamtani group I am the owner in Vision Ace project E building. They gave promise in 2020 that they will give possession in March 2022 but not They are saying April 2024 so don't trust Jamtani builder. For more details you can contact vision Ace Thathawade projects owners.Jamtani is Untrustworthy Builder don't waste your hard earn money in jatanai project.

I have booked flat in Ace Augusta Hinjewadi in Dec 2015.I got possession in 2020 whereas possession date was 2018.It was promised basic amenities like club house, gym and sky longue but even after 2 years of possession there are no amenities. We are hearing reason that when we booked the flat the governing body was different and now it is different but this is not true because people booked flat in 2021 were also promised the same. We are left with no other option than living without amenities. Please do not play with customer emotions. There are some feelings associated when we buy home. Please think twice before investing your hard earned money. Sales person promise lot of good things and make you feel you will have your dream home but reality will be completely different

As a flat owner at Ace Almighty raising my strong opinion about builder:

1. 
   The builder has planned new layout for the commercial tower with 2 more floors and 5 flats in podium parking space due to recent FSI norm amendment in Maharashtra. The month when we were suppose to receive keys to our dream home, builder has extended the RERA date for his own selfish dreams accumulating 90-95% of the money from us.
   



2. 
   There are no sanctions/approvals on the planned front gate.
   



3. 
   As we are expecting our possessions now, no amenity is yet ready.
   



4. 
   By far it is clearly been observed that builder is delaying the project for his own benefits through the last moment RERA modifications.
   



5. 
   I am really feeling duped after having such horrible experience at Jhamtani Group.
   



6. 
   As if now we are told that possessions will be tentatively in Oct'22. Even after 3 years of launch, management is not sure about project delivery.
   



7. 
   Only false promises and commitments, the image of commercial tower shown was 3 floors and now it is turning out to 5.
   

I am posting this responsibly to let any new buyer know that his hard earned money deserves better option but not @Jhamtani.
