JB serene - is very very unethical people and agents they say lot of lies to buy the plot. Once you paid the money they don't care. If you ask the rules they threaten the customers with bouncers.

They collect corpus fund of around 10 crores and using their personal use.

Whoever has bought in serene villa plots - gather and demand the Corpus fund and interest earned on this. If possible file a case in RERA & also with Enforcement Directorate for their illegal activities.

Agents are fake and they are liars and implicates the customers.

JB infra is a scam real estate company, prices are abnormal.. they don't care about existing customers once registration is completed. Their ventures are outside city (50 km away), No resale in case you want to sell the plot due to emergency...

This is a very bad infact worst place to invest.They just showcase few development done in JB SERENE City as there marketing plan and trap coustomers. You will only have to buy plots from them beleive me they never ever help on Resale . There are 4 MDs and few other top management PPL .When you go with any concern they are least bothered. Very harsh answering people.

If you cannot resale a plot there what's the point in buying.Think twice before you invest .Take wise decesion . Mostly they target software professional telling them they have good investment plots and once the sale is done no one bothers . All the positive comments are from there agents so don't go with that . For now they are managing with the agents and making the sales but down the line they will be a disaster as they are forgetting the root of there business who are actual coustomers.

This is my second time buying plot with JB Infra.Both experiences have been great.On this offer, we got number of consequences due to covid but the company management went above and beyond to close the deal but got delayed a bit.We are satisfied with the work and dedication towards the service and in turn there were no false attempts to sell the plots though and that can be considered being delayed.I suggest we can go with JB

JB Infra are fabulous realtors in selling open plots.They respond fast all the time and got best prices for residents as requirements listed their budget.The staff got pleasing manner and are efficient at responding quickly to queries.This is very good place for future investment as well with secure environment and high returns valued property with all eminities provided for all age group of people.So I highly recommend this company to anyone.

JB's SERENECITY is very good place to invest, we get good plots with reasonable price in a Gated Community with all good developments. Employees support in all aspects is very good, till today they update me everything regarding site developments and also surrounding developments. I have invested in two ventures of JB's Infra Group. Support from Management is too good. I planted some trees in my plots, I got my online EC just after 48 hours of my registration. If you want your hard earned money to be safe then go ahead to Invest in JB Infra Projects. I am happy...dont believe the false information, please experience your journey and goodness of company...

This Guy is from JB Group and he tries to add good comments, but this company has

1. Threatening culture.

2.(In view of JB INFRA - JB Serene city, ibrahimpatnam) No loan from other banks than the company suggested banks/NBFC and that too in Villa projects only, No loan for other Phase. only Cash.

4.(In view of JB INFRA - JB Serene city, ibrahimpatnam) Double registration happened in JB Serene city, ibrahimpatnam, Kongara kalan though.

5.(In view of JB INFRA - JB Serene city, ibrahimpatnam) though they say electricity, Water, you wont get it.

6.(In view of JB INFRA - JB Serene city, ibrahimpatnam) If going to loan, the plot per Sq yard cost increases by 1000/-( I don't know why this bullshit demand), when they are fair in documents, Layout why should they ask this amount - first fishy thing)

7.(In view of JB INFRA - JB Serene city, ibrahimpatnam) No response once plot sold. you will start repenting for any minor thing to be done.

, I don't recommend due to the following reasons.

1) Lack of interest from management when existing customer comes with a concern.

2) Higher management is not at all thinking about existing customers while making crucial decessions.

3) Not treating the customers as customers once the registration is completed.

I feel like , I made a wrong decession by giving business to a firm whose dosen't deserve.

Please dont buy any plots from this company with your hard earned money. Employees are rude and arrogant. Company has misleading information on loans and ask high deposits from customers to lock them.

If you want to go by loan and if you ask documents for verification they wont call you back.

There are far better places to invest than this company.

I purchased a plot in JB green meadows kongara kalan plot 1 from this group 4 years ago on loan. Now someone else encroached it saying its his land when asked with JB no help now O have all papers but no land. # Do not buy any plot from these guys even if its on loan.

The property is made in such an area where it is prone to disaster; yet they do not have any safety precautions taken care of which is very sad.

We have to ask the builders permission when we want to make some changes in our own house! We also have no freedom to take tutions or do any productive thing in our house! They ask for a commission on what we earn! When it is our house, why should we give them comission?
