I booked flat at sainikpuri 5 yrs ago till date not yet completed. But paying to financier lakhs in the form of EMIs. Wrost experience. No proper response.
They are not builders and engineers at all

Lowest quality of work and engineers they have and they don't construct even a small room without a problem. Each flat in their society will have lot means lot of problems.like leakage and washbroom tiles incorrect fitting and door struck and in proper windows fittings..not only these there are many more..Customer service is like 0.000001

THIS BUILDER MAY BE THE WORST OF ALL. We booked a flat more than five years ago. It's still not complete and now they are charging some bogus amounts. THEY ARE LIARS. They changed the location of our flat without any correspondence. THE STAFF AND THE MANAGEMENT ARE EQUALLY WORST. TRY TO AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS.

This is the best builders and best company in India. This company lake front customer service over there it is really very very good I like the interior design very much staff courtesy is also very good in everyone's. This company engineerss Syndicate Ltd, Hyderabad is one of leading Constructions Company which provides Homes to the middle class and lower middle class. I am staying in company I like the construction of flats. They are special into large scale but they also build the houses for middle class which are available for affordable price. The greatest thing is that they have flats/houses for all budget groups.

Janapriya Engineers Syndicate which on paper seems to be providing "affordable housing" is just total fraud with lowest quality of services. They run myraid projects across Hyderabad and Banagalore. But hardly completes anything on time. They take ages to complete the project and when they hand over the flats the quality of construction is of lowest quality. Its warning to think twcie before inverting any thing in Janapriya Engineer, as they group of money suckers from customer. You will lose your peace of mind as there is no customer care to help customers are the time of issues. Not a single people in the entire organization is gives a damn about the customer. One can only invest in them if they really want to put their into water.

The company has a history has 30 years, but nothing shows in their execution of project. Booked a flat in their project in Motinagar, Hyderabad about 3 years back. As of date they started with internal works. There are others in the project who booked about 7 years ago.

No proper response from customer service. Had to nag them as a group to get it to this stage.

Have to constantly follow up on quality aspects.

The neighboring project Metropolis has no occupancy certificate. Beware they are reputed builders not reliable ones.

Dealing with them is good and genuine too. They support your requests at initial stage with warm welcome and do the needful according to your needs. Best option to go for compared to get cheated by new builders coming in the market each and every day.

Company is laden with unprofessionalism. Projects are closed down after taking money from clients. Even after a decade, there is no sign of returns in the form of money or a project elsewhere. Upon asking, they treat clients like dirt. Unscrupulous liars basically running an undercover Ponzi scheme with their different business ventures. They play around with peoples' life savings. Moving from one City to another and even to a different country finding new clients to cheat.

We went many more time in Janapriya office but they not discussed clearly

n some time Janapriya peoples behavior is very rude.

Janapriya Engineers Syndicate Ltd, Hyderbad is one of the leading Constructions Company which provides Homes to the middle class and lower middleclass. The greatest thing is that they have flats/houses for all buget groups. Even with minimum investment and loan facility one can acquire flats with Janapriya . The service of the staff is very good and cooperative. They support the customers in getting the loan, going for REgisteration, other finance and maintenance supports. I am writing this on my personal experience. In 1996, only with Rs.5000/- in hand I planned to purchase a single bedroom flat with janapriya Priya Engineer syndicate, whose total cost with REgisteration was around Rs.126000/-. the Company supported me to get the finance from LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. and also arranged balance money from their sister concern Ravi Priya Chits. I could get the flat within reasonable time and with e.m.i. in budget, I could leave the rented house. I enjoyed the property for 10 years before I disposed the same for better house. I got a reasonable price.

I am staying in JANAPRIYA I like the construction of flats.

they are espeicaly into large scale but they also build the houses for middle class which are available for affordable price.

they construct in the area especially were there is electircity office, bus stops schools etc

walkable distance that is the great aspect in their construction that means they are not constructing the houses only to earn profits but they are looking the comfort of owners or customers where they should not complain.

I never faced any water issue problem

I recomend to buy the flats from Janapriya only.
Nile Valley is the best project

I work in an IT company and wished to settle in Hyderabad.

I saw an ad on Facebook and messaged the venture personally. They guided me through the whole process. I visited the site and found out there was water problem but then these guys assured me about their approval from authority to provide manjeera water.

Also in case of emergency these people provide with the mineral water cans to each house at their own cost.

Overall it's a nice project and I would recommend to others.

The sales staff was really helpful while coordinating the whole process and I got easily the loan and everything. Last week when I went to see the construction progress, I noticed that the progress was commendable!

I liked the way they do it and I would recomend the product to everyone either as an investment or to settle.

I was looking for an independent bungalow after spending a lot of time living in flats and compromising with the space. The family is growing and children need their own space. However I came to know about janapriya villas near sainikpuri.

Though I wanted a home inside the city but it wasn't possible due to the inflated property rates. When I cam here I saw as compared to other projects this project was near to prime locations of the city. I went and saw the site and it was good with spacious bedrooms and balconies. THey had two types pf villas classic and prestige villas. I preferred prestige villa as I needed a bigger house, my family liked the floor plans and and the good part was the loan processing.

I was worried whether will I get easy loans or not but these guys made it really simple. I would recommend to buy these kinds of villas if you want a good living experience according to your budget -

Hi there, a lot of hearing about janapriya stuff, some said that they're not reliable, some said that they don't deliver project on time and a lot of other things. The reality came close to me when I had to complete the whole purchase process as my parents usually stay abroad for work. They told me that we have booked flat in Block 5 at Janapriya Metropolis, Motinagar.

And I was appointed to keep visiting the site and keep updates about the completion of work. As every other customer my dad was afraid bout not getting the project on time. I kept visiting the site and the site managers showed me a new thing every time I visited.

They gave me smallest and finest of details of the construction process. I realized that there are a lot of things involved while getting a house ready and delaying is not intentional and they take time so as to give a perfect finish to house which is a matter of lifetime for people, you don't purchase house everyday. Yes, there was a bit delay but I being so close to the progress, can say that they have done a good job. Thumbs up

We wanted a flat near to hi-tech city as me and my spouse both work in an MNC, we are really happy to find a flat in janapriya nile valley - madaniguda with prices lower than almost every builder in that region, moreover the project had all the facilities which were promised, like club house, initial treatment dispensary, recreation facilities etc.

They have good quality construction. Although there was boring water in that area, Janapriya has installed a water softening process and there is hardly and water shortage. We are happy with our new home.

During my hunt for buying a flat near Ameerpet, I came through Janapriya Metropolis.I just dropped a query regarding the details of the project and I was delighted to see a prompt and a quick reply from their executives, they gave me all the information and suggested me the flat which would best fit in my budget without compromising on quality.

I finalized a 3BHK flat and the applied for a loan, it was again fascinating that the loan was passed instantly without any difficulties with an easy repayment options. Last week when I visited the site I witnessed the work was going at a good pace and I am quiet happy with Janapriya
