This apartment is only for local gundas,rowdies which is situated on attibele-anekal main road,near mayasandra,bangalore-562107.

DON'T PURCHASE FLATS HERE IN THIS SOCIETY AS THIS WHOLE SOCIETY HAVING TWO PHASES.PHASE-1 AND PHASE-2.

I PURCHASED 1 FLAT HERE BEFORE 1 YEAR.SOME FAMILIES ARE STAYING HERE IN FULL INSECURITY AND FEAR AS LOCAL GUNDAS ARE ALWAYS ROAMING INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND THREAT RESIDENTS. IF ANYBODY OBJECTS THEN THEY BEAT AND THREAT FOR LIFE.MANY COMPLAINTS ARE DONE TO POLICE MANY TIMES.

MOST OF THE OWNERS RESOLD THE HOUSES AND RELOCATED TO OTHER PLACES.AS SOME LOCAL POLITICIANS AND WHOLE SECURITY PEOPLE GROUP ARE SUPPORTING THEM ALWAYS.

DON'T BELIEVE ON ME...GO TO NEAREST POLICE STATION, CALLED ATTIBELE POLICE STATION AND ASK ABOUT THIS APARTMENT.

BUILDER IS ALSO NOT TAKING ANY KIND OF ACTION AND NO SECURITY MEASURES ARE THERE IN PHASE-2 ALSO.

DON'T PURCHASE HERE...GO TO SOME OTHER SAFE PLACE.

Janaadhar Shubha has only one floor plan of 656 sqft of 2 Bhk which is small I felt & project has STRR in front which work has recently started after 5 years but in investment view this is a good deal which makes 2 BHK for 20 lacs. I Met Mr.Lokanath at site who explained about the project but I was more curious towards Legal aspect of project then I happened to reveiew the legal by paying a token amount of 30, 000 which is considered as booking

I wanted to invest on a plot with a minimum budget .& I started searching on all websites, when I noticed I can get a 2 BHK, for Rs.20 lacs which will get me rent I considered it better than a plot. Than I called the builder for a site visit. When I saw the property it was big buildings later I spoke with Mr.Rajashekar in Janaadhar Shubha who showed me the sample flat. I liked it

I booked the 2BHK, by paying Rs.30, 000/-

Its a good affordable for middle class people near electronic city . it is my first investment I wanted to be sure of the builder so I was little scared in the process of home search .It was turned wrong after seeing Janaadhar Shubha a 2 BHK for 20 lacs near Electronic City was surely interesting

I spoke to Mr.Lokanath who explained the project gave me some more insights on the industry & Yes I booked a 2 BHK .

It was a great home experience with Janaadhar. I had no plans of investing but after visiting the property & It was icing on cake considering 2.5 Lacs benefits on Pradhana Mantri Awaz Yojana.

I was little worried on the loan procedure, they helped me with complete procedure .luckily I was not pressurised for money

a 2 BHK ghar 20 lacs main toh badiya hain yaar. I will surely refer my friends for Janaadhar

I had a great experience of buying Mr.Abiram was friendly for the entire procedure . We had planned for a 2 BHK and we found it in Janaadhar Shubha . I had got the bank loan procedure easily with the team help.Satisfied with the quality of constructions which has give better ventilation . Overall a 2 BHK for 20 Lacs is definitely a great deal

Good Job Janaadhar . I believe my next home also will be with you guys
