Jain Group is a fraud company and the project dream one is a complete money making scheme by fooling poor buyers. I have put my hard earning money into the project over a year ago and have been paying my installments on time. However, the company had not fulfilled their promises in terms of the construction plan and I dont see any work on their project. They are also not returning the money that I have already given them.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATER. THE COMPANY IS BEING RUN BY LIARS AND CHEATS.
A true affordable complex.

I have visited Dream one. It is really affordable given the location it is in. Within this range the project has a lot of aminities to offer at reasonable price.

A very well maintained township with lots of amenities over there. The buildings are well structured. Also the staff at the site location are very friendly. They behave well with you which I have not seen at other under construction sites. Bit Outskirts but connected with facilities. Looking forward to quick completion of Joka Metro

You can ask for any suggestion and recommendation from them they will be always happy to help.

I came across this project of Jain group a few months back. I was actually looking for a flat close to my office in New Town and this one is located pretty close to my office. Exactly opposite to eco park, this upcoming project comes with a lot of amenities. Most importantly, it's a smart home. What else would u look for in that budget. However, am waiting for the project to get completed soon.

Had a visit to Jain Group's Dream one which is located in Joka. The price is affordable and the architectural design is good. I specially like the community hall and the multi gym. But I think it is located in an area where you might face transportation problem. But again it is very close to the proposed Joka metro and when the metro will start, the communication problem will be overcomes. However a smart invest for the future.
High maintenance fee.

There have been many significantly larger areas in the nearby locations that have been famous for most of the buying, staying and investment purposes than this area. The carpet area of this land is significantly higher and thereby leads to comparatively lesser people to forge interest in buying apartments in this area.

This is one of the many common problems that needs to be addressed since it has been seen that Rodents are typically making nests out of the very small shredded pieces of paper that is made available to them. This needs to be improved.
Unethical Builder in Real-Estate Sector - Kolkata

Jain Group is the most unethical builder in Kolkata Real-Estate sector. They do not follow any law/regulations made by the government and always have an intention to cheat customers and make money by whatsoever way, that is their ultimate motto.

Though the company is registered with HIRA but they didn't left a single chance to make the clause amended exclusively for the personal interest and to make money out of it, which is completely against the HIRA Law.

I am one of the victim/sufferer who had invested on their Dream World City Project and got cheated. It's not a London Project, it's a London Honey Trap.

I would request not to invest your heard earned money on Jain Group.

Jain Group can never be trusted with your Hard Earned money . They will make you Bankrupt . penalty Charges, Late Fines& such other offense on the Consumer for No Fault of His/Her.They Run their Business in the most Unethical Way that I know of . Money Making by Any Means is their Ultimate Motto . Unkept Promises . Poor Building Materials etc.

With them the Customer& his interests are never Safe.

The Real Estate Sector being Unregulated aids in the Cause of such Organizations.

So All going through this thread don't fall for the "London" Honey trap .

U will realize Sooner!

Being a ISO company have not seen such  inefficient managers and stuffs . No ISO can tackle them . They thinks them as Govt officer , everyday they try to exploit customer. Have seen each of my visit to their office full of chaos with agitating customer and one of their managers.

More over, they do exist in each property society and hold unanimous power to modify, alter structure and poke their nose in all sort of society activity. They think money is all and they have money so they can do whatever .Be aware may be company holders are good but managers and stuffs are pain in wrong place. They make all sorts of effort to ruin your Dream . Still their projects are called "Dream " they are indeed Dream F.

Jain Group -creator of Dream Projects in Kolkata is very unprofessional company in real estate. I think the ISO certification is just an eye wash for the customer.

Their promises are really made in heaven and only thing they know to right big emails with full of promises.

I would just say one thing '' Do not buy any property of Jain Group''. They are most unethical real estate builder I made a deal with.

They are even worst than local builder.

Jain Group..with lot of false promises named almost all of their projects starting with "Dream".. like, Dream Residency, Dream apartment, Dream excellency.. whereas it should be "Nightmare" in place of "Dream". They failed in every section of a gated community.. right from approach road to their projects, Electrical genset, construction quality, full of idiots and liars in management staff including the so called CEO..Rishi Jain, Yash Jain.

Please be aware of any investment or if you think of living here..

Dream One is the best project in Kolkata with wonderful location. The customer executives are also very helpful and are available 247 to answer any of the query! A BIG THUMBS UP!
