Dream World City is a project which is apt for a perfect idea of living. I work in an renowned institution in Joka, and therefore was looking for a home nearby. Luckily, I found The Jain Group's project. There are other projects also in that area but are very costly. The price of Dream World City is unbelievable. It also has some real good amenities. I guess, will not regret investing in this group.

First of all a smart home at this price is unbelievable. But, I was nearly convinced to book this flat when I get to see the plan. It's great, to say the least. Moreover, it's pretty close to my office. So, I also had a reason to buy it.

It's been a long time, i am looking for a quaint location, a serene vicinity. Post retirement i wanted to live in a peaceful area far from the city clamour. And Dream world city is everything that i was looking for. And the project has some amazing amenities. I have already booked a corner side flat with wife open balcony and waiting to get it delivered.

Well, this upcoming project Dream One in Rajarhat was suggested by a friend and to be very honest, we will be grateful to him forever. Finding a home was not at all easy. the facilities I was looking for were not available all at the same time. While the one offered a great location, the other offered great facilities. But I needed the best of both worlds, and I know how frustrating it was to visit each and every site and came home with no luck. But when I came across the upcoming project Dream World City by Jain Group at Pailan, Joka, I knew that it's the home I am looking for. A beautifully planned international-themed township with a plethora of world-class amenities, Dream World City is all about plush living within a budget. I have already booked my flat there.

Jain Group has come up with a project in eco park area. The project is technologically advanced and the location is also okay. There is just one issue, after sunset the streets become dark. It would be nice if there would be lights.

When I was looking for a flat close to Diamond Harbour Road Joka, my friend told me about this upcoming project by Dream World City byJainGroup. I was pretty apprehensive as I have come across some badreviewsabout this upcoming residential project. But, to be honest I made the best decision ever to visit this placed. I was amazed to see the project planning. Moreover, it's well connected with the rest of the city. In a few years, the East-west metro corridor will also be open. Well, it's been a few months since I was looking for a 2 BHK flat close to my ancestral place in Behala. Since my parents stay there, I did not want to go very far. Ever since I decided to buy a flat, I was looking for a smart home in this city. And, after months of crazy searching, I came across this upcoming project of Jain group. Dream One in Rajarhat is exactly opposite to the Eco Park and obviously, a 30 mins drive from my office at Salt Lake Sector 5. So that's a plus point. But what attracts me most is the smart features it offers. With a fleet of the automation system, it's basically the smart home of my dreams. I have already booked a 3 BHK apartment there and waiting for the project to get completed.

It’s been quite some time I am looking for a flat close to my office. For the last 8 months, I am staying here in a rented place and sharing it with other boarders. But as you know, there are always some limitations when you are staying in a rented place. So, I was looking for buying a flat in this city and that too close to my office. Recently visited dream world city, i was quite impressed with their style of architecture and the cordial marketing team but i am not sure about the location since it is bit far from the metro station which is still upcoming.
