Dear Sir,
I have the honor to state that I've booked a flat in IREO project -The Corridors on dated 22/03/2013. The builder has changed the Basic rate from Rs8750 to 9200 per sq. ft. It has made our signatures on a blank application form during the launching period. Hence, the builder is not giving it's scanned copy to us. They have made manipulation in my original application form to change the basic rate from Rs8750 to 9200 per sq. ft. It has not made 90 m road near the apartment location and used unethical price escalation norms in BBA. I sent Legal Notice by speed post mail to the four partners of the Builder as given in the BBA document:
1) M/s. Precision Realtors Pvt. Ltd., 305, 3rd floor, Kanchan House, Karampura Commercial Complex, New Delhi – 110015
2) M/s. Blue Planet Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., 40/16 East Patel Nagar, New Delhi
3) M/s Madeira Conbuild Pvt. Ltd., 304, 3rd Floor, Kanchan House, Karampura Commercial Complex, New Delhi – 110015
4) M/s. Global Estate(a partnership firm) at G-23, Ashok Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi – 110052
No recipient had accepted the legal notice and all the letters were returned back to my home address. Hence, all the four partners are forgeries and fakes. Furthermore, the builder had launched the project without getting approval for entire land and other legal paper approvals from the Haryana state Government. But, I’ve all the evidences against the builder. So, I want to cancel the allotment of my unit.
I, therefore, request you to please help me to return back my hard cash money of Rs40, 00, 623 with an interest of 11% p.a within 15 days time period. Otherwise, I will file a case against the builder in NCDRC; if any unit holder wants to join with me, then we can fight together against the fraud builder.
