They did not answer my questions in detail when I went to visit them on the construction premises office and since I have some experience in real estate, I know what questions to ask them, but for those who do not they could easily get duped! So take care when dealing with them!
Long distance grocery

Grocery is not nearby. This increases time to commute between places and thereby rises concerns based around the same with respect to availability of local food ingredients from the vicinity. This needs to be taken care of.
High Fee To Maintain The Place

The maintenance charges of this building are really high and it is just not worth it! The amenities that they provide are also not in unison with the high fee!

Since there is a shortage of the total working capitals and having witnessed fundamental shifts in the demand cycles of the buyers, it has been seen that there have been currently less number of people that are interested in buying properties due as many of the projects are defaulted with respect to their delivery commitments.

It has been since the past many months that the real estate sector has remained stagnant and most of the inventory remains considerably increasing to no limits. This is one of the biggest challenge for the real estate sectors.

As per the governments rule, an account should be opened for each project that the builder tries to sell and the money for that project should be paid to that account only and the expenses to the project also should be thru that account. 50% of that money should be kept as security. However this is not been practised.
Car lift is not good.
