I will tell you their story. they are 4 trappers one girl who takes care as HR admin, 1 Guy who takes care of their finance and these 2 brothers so called Nigam from Kanpur Uttar Pradesh. they will explain about their property and once you agree they will start trapping you by calling first their girl will call you say sir its the best property what is your mind set we will give you this we will give you this . Once you are trapped they will ask you for 1st installment. once you are trapped then

They will send you legal notice for payment . they will speak like Gunda and if you are powerful they will bow down to your foot. these 2 brothers always present themselves like UP wala Gunda but you need to be strict and ready to fight so they will speak with you like your chela.

Now first of all Ashiyana should throw them out of noida sector 70 because they have thugged all the flat owners and they dont have any control in sector 70 property.

Second thing anyone who buys from them dont need to listen to them and should be ready to send them legal notice if required. third thing they are not any professional builder so you need to always think for your best and if you are able to get it they will give you .

4th thing if you want peaceful life NEVER BUY ANY PROPERTY from them and I am sure that once people know about them they will change their company name.
