Builder is not providing any amenities which was promised to flat owners. Like Gym equipment pending from 5 years it's with builder but there is no transport available to bring it to apartment as per latest update. Sweeming pool was promised but never constructed. Lot of seepage on top floor. In simple terms don't buy.

Cracks in columns, structure and interior walls, builders have not given amenities in 2 years even after promises and follow-up.

No Gym ( always says 1-2months), No plan for community hall

Inner Urban Infraestate builders are liers don't buy any villa of flat from them. Construction by them is always low standard when asked to improve the construction quality they say every builder does it, they are playing with the life's of residents in urban ecospace . Builders has not completed the existing project Urban Ecospace with all the promised amenities and stating completed, providing incorrect information on various sites. Wrong information on Amenities also, most of amenities doesn't existsor incomplete.

Beware with their Promises and words.
