Getting work done from builder side is a real headache. They will do false promises and delay the work like anything. Especially civil work related to plumbing electric etc will really make you run behind them. They are real Cheaters very rude harsh and irresponsible to their existing customers. Since 2014 this project is under construction. So far we don't have even a single amenities.

Moreover there are no water in borewells. They have 2 borewells and both are almost dried up with 30 family occupancy.

Long back We have imtimated all the issues to bulider but he don't care at all.

My advice will be before booking a flat in indrakeerthi talk with existing occupants once.

I received high quality service, timely follow ups, understanding of my needs and responding to them accordingly, Book a flat was always in contact with me and helped me find a place within a week. Amazing service, very friendly, helpful and very nice apartment selection.

Update: The bore well work is completed and they have promised to complete the amenities within 2 months.Lets see.

Now if you were planning to buy an apartment in Indra Keerthi Sadan and if you have come across this review. Thank your stars. Read this reviewpatiently and then take a wise decision.This project is being run by some incapable fellows who have ended up destroying it.This project was started in 2014 and is still under-construction due to poor execution. All you end up over here are big, fake and unfulfilled promises.None of the amenities are completed which was promised to be completed long time back.Biggest issue is WATER.The borewells have dried up with only 30 families staying and all the residents end up buying water tankers.The water issue has been notified to the builder long time back but they are just playing around.The residents are frustrated to hell.My suggestion Try to come over on an weekend and talk to a resident personally to get an first hand experience what they go through.

Progress!!!

One bore well has been made functional.

Gym, Water Softener and Swimming pool work is showing progress now.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Unprofessional and unskilled workers. This project is under construction for a long time now. I purchased a ready to move in flat and was promised project completion and handover in next six months. I am writing this after four months and observed near to ZERO PROGRESS so far. There are multiple pending tasks and issues found in completed tasks as well and the most important one is water. No water in bore wells and 100% dependency on tankers and the management is least bothered. Not sure what he is being promised to new visiting customers about water facility.

Once the unit is sold, management does not meet customers to discuss and resolve ongoing issues. Very bad experience so far.

This project should be renamed to INDRAKEERTHI SEEPAGE. We do not have water, daily we need to buy around 10 tankers of water just for 30 families. The builder do not care about our concerns and request. They will treat you like a SLAVE, once the payment and registration is done

So it's the same time of the year and we are back to the same problem. One borewell stays non functional and the other functional bore is screwed up by the builder.. Result-: We are back to buying water tankers...The marketing guy while trying to sell any apartment would say that both the bores are functional..Rest apply your senses and do your homework before getting stuck over here

Update(13/01/19)-:

Only one borewell is functional as of now and water crisis is resolved as if now...Gym is completed among the amenities..Rest are yet to be completed..

Biggest and Pathetic mistake of buying this apartment.A ignorant and arrogant builder who is absolutely not ready to resolve the water crisis that this apartment has.Added to this none of the amenities have been completed till date.All we get are fake promises and postponed dates. Prospective buyers Beware.

I have recently owned a flat in Indrakeerthi Sadan, really very good project, its a new ready to move in flats, few interiors are going on, and  only few are left out, I am enjoying in this community, more over its very near to my office .
