My Experience For Indiabulls Park - Panvel While Flat Booking
A. Sales team member didn’t clearly passed on information for the litigation cases against Project; Also we have heard different communication from Head office back office team.
B. GST Amount point was never discussed while signing the agreement; same we have observed post receiving demand letter from India bulls through auto emailers.
C. Cost sheet was not proper & GST amount was missing when we have signed the cost sheet.
D. Our Cost sheet was replaced post payment of 1% token amount; and received different agreement value on cost sheet which we have observed on next day.
E. Sales Team member refused on same and since we don’t have any proof as rough cost sheet which we don’t have right now. There was total difference around “Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand” on the agreement value.
F. We requested for Senior Managers Appointment at India bulls office at Parel and was following for one month post booking but that was refused by sales team member and asked us to speak with call centre team.
G. Also Sales officer did shown us dead site where there was not even work movement for last “Two Years”. We have visited that site more than thrice in last four-six months and we observed that there is completely work stopped & no movement.
H. We are very disappointed by the treatment we have received from India bulls team.
I. We were very much disappointed post clearing our doubts after series of discussion with Call Center & Back office team from India Bulls.
We already discussed this with Back office Co-Ordinator & Call center team for “Purchase Agreement Cancelation & Refund Request.” But still we are getting Email Communication for Payment Reminders & SMS for Payment Reminders.
It's bad that even after series of email that we didn't received any single call for followup. we are doing follow up since one year now.
INDIABULLS Let us know about Refund request we already placed with Customer care & Back office team.
