False promises not trustworthy do not invest

I am putting this review for the benefit of all the people who are considering Indiabulls Park as their dream home.

If you have already booked the flat then very soon you will realize that you took the wrong decision.

You will realize very soon that all the information that the sales team shared with you is either wrong or misleading.

They have already deferred the completion date of the project several times, and the management themselves do not know when the project will reach completion.

Don't think that if you will take all the commitments in writing then you are on a safer side, they will happily confirm the information in writing and then keep on giving one or other excuses for the delay of the project.

Your best bet is banks, go to them and ask if they are disbursing or funding this project, even you don't want to finance, and you will know the truth. Even the banks which are mentioned by them as the finance partner have stopped disbursement for their project.
