Beware of this Imperia Structure Ltd Builder as these are thugs with multiple projects in Gurgaon and Noida. Construction quality is bad and OC is awaited from last three years. Also, they have sold single flat to multiple customers..
Cheaters: Imperia Elevador Gurgaon

I booked a shop in Imperia Elevador reatail which is situated in sector 37c Gurgaon, Haryana. I booked it in year 2012 and till today possession has not been done. Even the imperia company has removed this project from there site. I tried to enquired a lot why they have stopped the construction then they replied saying they are trying to get this project registered in RERA that’s why they have removed it from the their website.

But this reply I am getting for almost more than a year. I know they are fooling me but all my hard earned money is on risk now. They don’t even pick the call or reply for my emails. I have no clue if I will ever get my money back or possession.
