Dream House with lots of pain remain as dream.

  1. Booked in 2014. premium dream project paid for two car parks.



  2. Got possession after nine years in 2022. The motive to live in premium good society got vanished with this project year. After one year they gave one car park and there has been manipulation in paperwork also. The sales team, the customer support and the owners all are fraud base. Customers who have booked 9 /10 years before they have not been allotted car park as paid and promised, they manipulated / resold the car park to different customers.and after doing this also they are not working on any solution.





3.After paying for two cars and initial plan was stack parking which got changed with no update. After lot of follow up promises and promises were done that you will get it. But they cheated on that also.The agreement copies also is also forged at different places.



  1. No place to walk, too much of dust, mosquitoes, no pipe gas and best is they have not given place to keep washing machine. No place to dry clothes. The project is ten years plan so God knows what the builder will give and what he will delete.



  2. The planning looks so bad, even a simple builder would have done better job.



  3. The full process of possession was painful.



  4. One should not hire any of sales team, employees from this project as they are part of this lie and cheat. Because when you sell dream house, you are buying emotions, and these people make fun of emotions.



  5. Washing machine in small balcony, no place to move. Too much of Sun and rain. In short that is not the place to be given. Hafeez contractor name is used. So if he has done this then he should remove his degree and not work with this project.



  6. Lots of papers are there to show how they cheated. No customer support in spite of so many emails. It's like once you have bought you are at mercy of these people.





So here if you all seriously want to buy see, think, Analyse to whatever is said above and then decide.It is quite sad and painful process to be this dream house.
