It is a generally known fact that a simple civil complaint will always fail to deliver a good result so as to been affected by something like having the builder not been quite proficient or faithful to hand over the possession in the said deadline.

There are many projects in pipeline for which the buyer has not been on the receiving end of the complete list of fittings from the Builder. This should generally never be the case and the Buyer should be acknowledged of the same as soon as the registration of the process is complete.

It has been may a times the case that in case of a failed compensation that the buyer has been actively seeking since been deprived of the possession of the flat in the promised time period. It is the case then that it is the solely the builder's responsibility to give back the compensation in the speculated time.

We expected that we would have a lot of green spaces and open areas because that is what they told us, but we were highly diasppointed when we found out that we did not get any green spaces, and since that is what we paid for, it has been quite terrible.
