I have been living in HM world city  since 2012.

I had booked in HM world city looking at the spacious floor Plans. The flat are extremely spacious with very good quality construction.

The best part of HM world city is the living experience. I have really enjoyed the open spaces, Fresh Air in HM world city and

We all live in a lively and vibrant community.

The complex has a good location as it is accessible via both kanakpura road and bannerghatta road. Connectivity via Kanakpura metro is available.

HM management has effectively resolved our concerns related to projects Viz

1) Cauvery water/BWSSB has been commissioned for the project

2) Occupancy certificate is obtained for Phase 1 towers for Ivory, Orchid & Mine

3) Builder has formed Associations and refunded corpus for the blocks

HM management has made arrangement for facilities like Gym, Indoor games and Children Play Area.
