Review on HM Indigo, JP Nagar Phase 9, Bangalore

I am living in HM World City over 10 years. There are many positives in the project. We get fresh air, Lots of open area, and away from all the noise and disturbance.

Now, there are facilities like play area for small kids, Walking/jogging/cycling track, fitness centre, gaming zone.

Now project has Cauvery water connection and also has  borewell, which is sufficient during summer

The community is very friendly and have taken many initiatives like planting trees, which has made surrounding green. There is a good awareness about waste segregation, and entire area is kept very clean and tidy. Community also celebrates all occasions, festivals as a single family.

Quality of construction, material used inside house is very good. Even after 10 years, there are no issues and still looks new
