Hi, has anyone taken the RERA or consumer court route to resolve the issues against the wrongdoings of this builder? I am a wronged customer too and want to hear learnings on how to deal with this.

They have cheated me. I had booked PENRIT-508 in 2015 by paying 20% along with VAT, Service Tax and Franking charges but did not start the work or confirmed date of possession. I have taken up a case with RERA to blacklist them. Please make sure that...your money is safe. Please contact me if need details and proof.

Attn : Please this is for kind information persons who are purchased or going to purchase Apartments in Begur, Holimavu from Hiranandani /Saudela construction company. Both are One and the same There is a case Pending in the city civil court , O/S No...: 1670.2007 for which stay Order as been granted in the year 2008 , Neglecting the stay Order they are marketing the Apartment .
