Great flats located in a prime location, not too far away from the main Road, yet silent and peaceful. Very helpful surroundings with all amenities provided and friendly neighborhood.

Mr Hinduja has not compromised in making the Apartment beautiful and fitted with high quality materials. Great work and I wish the complete team ALL THE BEST for all their forthcoming projects.

Hinduja Holdings Lakefront project is one of the best well planned projects, in Bangalore. According to my family and me, the 2 major USPs are

1) The Location of the project( School, Shopping Mall, Lake, Temple, church, Hospital, all within a radius of 2 kms)

2) Excellent Floor Plan, with maximum utilization of floor space, and open ventilation system. My family and me are very proud to be one of the members of the Hinduja Lakefront Estate.

Hinduja Holdings Lake Front Apartment in Bannerghatta is the best location project offered by them. We are completely delighted and satisfied with the quality of construction being carried out by them. If I have to write hinduja holdings complaints, reviews and ratings I would certainly give them full marks for their great work.

This project was real value for money. I thanks complete Hinduja Holdings team for putting up a great work and delivering a great project at the end.

It is a nice place and nice build flat, Quite Airy and lot of natural sun light in the flat. Layout and floor planning is nice.  The location is very good.  Nice people. Happy with the decision. Some teething issues are there but getting solved with time . Quicker would have been appreciated.

Overall, a nice buy and nice place to live!

Happy, Worth my Investment. I have just recently purchased this flat with my hard earned money and it is sad that such a beautiful project’s name is unnecessarily eroded at this comfortable stage.

I have a legal file copy provided I can see the commencement certificate dt 6/01/2009 and Occupancy certificate dt 20/02/2013 both issued by Bangalore Development Authority. Assuming 30 month construction period, delay seems to be about 19 months. However as I have been informed the CC got delayed because of environmental clearances.

This may have added a bit more delay for a few others. I think during that time this project was being constructed, most projects were facing similar delay due to recession and other reasons.

I am overall happy since it is worth for my investment.

Hinduja Holdings impressed a lot. I and my family really pleased with the out coming and I am glad to give this statement about the Hinduja Holdings We found the whole experience with them to be much better than the last custom flat we were in. Everything they said they were going to do they did.

Our foreman was excellent in getting things done without constant follow-up which we appreciated to the company as well as employees because they fixed little things as we went along we closed with just a few items on a punch list. We had some modifications within flat and it was done in an excellent way. And very thing was fine fallow from starting till end.

Hinduja Park is good apartment society  Amenities are good.  Association does good job in maintaining the apartment. Road will be ready by 2013 April. Vibgyor school is near, Hypercity, hospitals are near. Small and active society.

I bought a flat with Lake front few years ago. After a painful wait, the project is finally nearing completion. As many others have pointed out, I'm extermely happy about the shopping mall/hospital and schooling facilities. Specially since our 3 year old will be going to school soon.

All in all a very good buy in the current climate. Also have high profile apartments like Mantri/Hiranandani coming up nearby which means a prime location with quality population - a very important factor while considering a home or investment property.
